PICO-1 Hardware Assembly Kit

This kit contains all of the hardware components to assemble PICO-1 and Scooter Sport.

If you are going to be building multiple Scooter + PICO-1 builds, you're better off to go to amazon and purchase all of these components in bulk.

But if you're just building one PICO-1+Scooter Sport, you can save upwards of $100 by purchasing a parts kit (as of August 2026, the cheapest you can assemble all of the hardware parts is $130, because most of these components come in bulk packs. If you decide to do that, there is a detailed build list available under the "Documentation" page of the website.)

Kit Options:

• Hardware Only (you will need to file or mill your own flat spots in the stainless steel drive shaft and steering shaft)

• Hardware with milled shaft flat spots (your drive shaft and steering shaft will be ready to install and you wont need to file or mill anything)

• 3x55mm Steering Shaft (Option to have shaft pre milled with flat spots) (x1)

• 3x75mm Drive Shaft (Option to have shaft pre milled with flat spots) (x1)

• 3.175-3mm Brass Shaft Coupler (for drive shaft) (x1)

• 3mm Coupler (for steering shaft) (x1)

• MG90S Metal Gear Servo (x1)

This kit does not include electronics (LiPo Battery, 2845 motor, 60A ESC are separate purchases you can find on Amazon by following the build list in the "Documentation" tab). It includes all of the assembly hardware required to assemble the Scooter Sport boat with it's PICO-1 Jet Drive.
